I ate so much yesterday and today…Yet all I want to do is eat…Its probably because my body knows that im going to a jam tomorrow and usually on jam days….I don’t eat a single thing until the event is over.
I know…It sounds crazy to starve yourself for a day…I think its just mental issue i have. I feel lighter and more ready whenever i dont eat.
